SHIPPING POLICY

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order.  Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

 

After payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3-10 business days.  Please note that we live remotely, and usually make regular weekly or fortnightly trips to the Post Office, but occasionally local creeks are impassably flooded, and in these circumstances shipping may be delayed by a few days.  We will contact you if there are delays for any reason.

We are able to ship to virtually any address in Australia. We hope to offer shipping to international destinations in the future.
 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Please note that we will ship your items as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery estimates due to delays within the mail and courier system.  Our shipping service provider may offer delivery estimates if you are provided with tracking details, however such estimates are not within our jurisdiction and we ask you to be patient and only contact us if you have not received your order within 30 days.

 

For orders above $200, we currently offer free shipping.  This offer may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

RETURN POLICY

We are a very small family business and as such we offer a modified return policy.  Many of our products are not sold in tamper-evident or sealed packaging as they are handcrafted by skilled individuals and not mass-produced.  However, you may return most new, unopened and/or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example if you received an incorrect, dangerous, or defective item, etc.) - please see our Terms & Conditions. 

We do not offer any change-of-mind refunds.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please send us an email or contact us using our contact form before returning your order to find out if a refund is available to you and how we will proceed with the refund. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
