TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before placing your order, please read through these Terms & Conditions for the Willow Ranch Online Store. By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Stock
We endeavour to ensure that only accurate and up to date information is placed online. We do not, however, promise or represent that it is free from errors or omissions and we reserve the right to make any necessary corrections.

Willow Ranch will endeavour to supply all items available for purchase in our online store. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when:

  • All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, or

  • All or part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all.

  • Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled immediately, the part that can be supplied will be dispatched as soon as possible.

  • Where part of your order cannot be fulfilled at all you will be advised as soon as possible.

  • However, where a product becomes unavailable due to unexpected or high demand, and that item is ordered by you before Willow Ranch has withdrawn that item from the online store, Willow Ranch will not be held responsible for inability to complete that order.

One-Off Products:
Due to the fact that Willow Ranch sells handcrafted products, sometimes the items we sell will be one-off products that our handcrafters have no intention of repeating or restocking.  When this is the case, we will make every effort to withdraw the listing from the store as soon as the one-off product has been purchased.
Should we not withdraw the product before you request to be notified when it is back in stock, we will contact you as soon as practicable to inform you the product will not be restocked.

 

Out of Stock Special Note:
When items are out of stock, you may request to be notified when the item is back in stock.  Due to the fact that items are handcrafted, some of the complicated or bigger products may take some time to craft.  We will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock, however there may be limited stock and it will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.  If you return to the store to purchase an item after being notified that it is back in stock and you find it out of stock again, this indicates that there was limited stock and the product is again on backorder.  You may request to be notified when it is back in stock again if you wish.

2. Unacceptable orders
Willow Ranch reserves the right to reject an order if, in its sole opinion, it is unacceptable.

3. Security information
At the time that you place your order, you enter a secure environment when you are asked to supply personal information. From that time, the link between your Web browser and the Willow Ranch website will be protected.
You should note that no credit card numbers are made available to Willow Ranch. All other information concerning your order can only be viewed by members of the Willow Ranch staff with authorised access to that information.

4. Delivery standards
Willow Ranch will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving the order. Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately. Should there be an unavoidable delay in the dispatching of your order, you will be advised as soon as possible.

5. Incorrect details supplied
Please note that acceptance of your order implies that we will fulfil your order within the time specified in the Delivery Standards. The following situations are exceptions:

  • If and when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied

  • Where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved.

  • In the event that you supply incorrect payment and/or delivery details, Willow Ranch will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details you have provided. In the event that your supplied contact details are incorrect however, Willow Ranch will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.

6. Refund policy
You can return an item to us if:

  • it's faulty

  • it's incorrectly described

  • it's completely different from the photo shown on the listing

  • it doesn't do what we said it would do

  • it's not of an acceptable quality

  • if the product is unsafe, can't be fixed within a reasonable time, or you simply would not have bought it given the nature of the defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll offer you an exchange, repair or refund.

    If the product is assessed to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.

    Please return your item with your name, order confirmation number and the reason for your return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

7. Third party websites
The Willow Ranch website may contain links to other websites operated, controlled or produced by third parties. Unless otherwise indicated, Willow Ranch does not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such third party websites or their content nor does Willow Ranch provide any warranty or take any responsibility whatsoever for any aspect of those websites or their content.
